The Access Massage and Bodywork team is committed to helping you achieve the state of wellness that allows you to enjoy your life fully. Whether you just need to unwind, address an ongoing or acute injury, or increase your athletic performance, we are here for you.

Location

We are located at 580 Maple Avenue, Barrington, Rhode Island. Our parking lot is on the side/back of our building, accessed from Despirito Lane. Entry is next to the parking lot – look for the Access Massage and Bodywork sign. Our main entrance has four steps to enter. Please call ahead if you need to use our accessible entrance.

Practitioners

Valerie Perron

Valerie Perron is a licensed massage therapist with more than 28 years of experience and a certified Spinal Flow practitioner. She brings an intuitive, integrative approach to her massage therapy and Spinal Flow sessions. She is committed to pursuing continuing education to best facilitate each client’s healing journey.

Valerie began her professional life as a physical therapy assistant. Since becoming licensed as a massage therapist, she has studied cranial sacral, structural bodywork, yoga, visceral manipulation, neuromuscular techniques and postural restoration. Valerie pulls from all of these disciplines to tailor the massage and bodywork to the individual. She also uses breath, visualization and movement to open restrictions found during a session.

Michele DeBarros

Michele DeBarros is a licensed massage therapist who caters each client’s needs. With 20 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to provide massage therapy that benefits both body and mind while addressing a client’s specific goals. Michele’s personal philosophy is that one can nurture the mind, body and spirit through the power of healing touch.

Lynea Nagle

Lynea Nagle specializes in deep restorative massage and has more than three decades of experience as a bodywork practitioner. She studied massage at the Massage Institute of New England and has extensive additional training, including fascial release, neuromuscular technique, active isolated stretching, personal training and anatomical studies. She finds great joy in connecting with clients and addressing each person’s wellness needs.
