Our movement services are geared to teach you patterns of quality movement and breath and the positive effect they have on your body’s ability to perform.
Pain-free movement can be achieved by changing unwanted behaviors of movement and postures to new healthy movement patterns. Our movement therapy is based on functional exercises, postural restoration, breathing exercises, and yoga postures.
While our massage therapy sessions can provide our clients with pain-free movement, we want to take it a step further and change their body’s movement patterns that cause the pain or lack of movement in the first place. Your tissues have memory and if you do not change the compensatory movement patterns they have come to learn you could possibly keep repeating the pain cycle and the behaviors that keep your body from moving properly.
